Melon's Video Productions is the company name of freelance director and editor Maarten Melon who has been actively creating audiovisual content since 2004.

After obtaining his degree in Journalism, Maarten was contacted almost immediately to join the television production company CTM Productions. For three years he worked as a director, producer (starting out as an assistant) and editor for different shows, airing on the Belgian channels VTM and JIM, such as Kids Top 20, Braveau Clouseau, Regi's World, Carlsberg Private Night,...

In 2008 he decided to continue working as a freelancer after which he got to know the corporate world thoroughly, taking assignments from different production companies. Maarten worked on Corporate movies, TV-commercials, Sampling videos, Event films, Brand-activation edits,... By adding his own company name and setting up an editing cell, it became possible to produce audiovisual content from A to Z, taking on bigger projects than before. His experience in both the television and corporate world allows Maarten to select the right camera- and graphics professionals in order to deliver the best possible result.
